  1. Respect: Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow students with the utmost respect, regardless of their rank, age, gender, or background. Courtesy and humility are fundamental principles of martial arts.

  2. Punctuality: Arrive on time for classes and events. If you must be late or miss a class, inform your instructor in advance.

  3. Dress Code: Wear the appropriate attire for your class, including a clean and well-fitted gi for Jiu Jitsu and comfortable workout clothes for weight training sessions. Maintain personal hygiene to promote a healthy training environment.

  4. Safety First: Prioritize the safety of yourself and others. Follow your instructor's guidelines, practice self-control during training, and avoid using excessive force. Inform your instructor of any injuries or limitations.

  5. Cleanliness: Keep the training area clean and organized. Remove your shoes before entering the mat area and sanitize your hands before and after training. Clean up after yourself and help maintain our facility.

  6. No Bullying or Harassment: Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. If you witness or experience any inappropriate behavior, report it to an instructor or staff member immediately.

  7. Stay Focused: Limit distractions during class by silencing your phone and refraining from unnecessary conversations. Focus on learning, improving, and supporting your fellow students.

  8. Ask Questions: Don't hesitate to ask for help or clarification. Our instructors and experienced students are here to support your learning journey.

  9. Be Supportive: Encourage and motivate your fellow students. Share your knowledge, celebrate their achievements, and help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
